DSG Transport LLC — Anti-Spam Policy

DSG Transport LLC ("DSG," "we," "us") is committed to ethical email practices and prohibits the use of our domains — including dsgtransport.com, teamdsgtransport.com, and any subdomain thereof — in any form of unsolicited commercial email ("UCE") or spam.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

• All employees, contractors, and agents of DSG Transport LLC

• All third-party senders, marketing platforms, CRM systems, and bulk-mail tools operating on behalf of DSG

• All email sent from any address under the dsgtransport.com or teamdsgtransport.com domains

• All referrals, lead-generation partners, and affiliate senders

2. What We Do Not Do

DSG Transport LLC does not:

• Send unsolicited bulk commercial email

• Send email to recipients who have not provided verifiable opt-in consent

• Purchase, rent, lease, or scrape email lists for outbound marketing

• Operate "cold outreach" campaigns that do not comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR

• Use purchased lead lists in any form

• Allow third-party senders to advertise dsgtransport.com or teamdsgtransport.com without prior written authorization and an established business relationship

3. Permitted Outbound Email

All email sent on behalf of DSG Transport LLC must meet all of the following conditions:

• The recipient has a pre-existing business relationship with DSG, OR

• The recipient has provided explicit, verifiable opt-in consent, OR

• The recipient initiated the inquiry (e.g., RFP, rate request, load inquiry)

• The sender is a verified employee or authorized contractor of DSG

• Each email includes a working unsubscribe mechanism

• The sender honors unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

• The "From" information is accurate and identifies DSG Transport LLC

• The subject line is not deceptive

4. Reporting Violations

If you have received unsolicited email that appears to be from a dsgtransport.com or teamdsgtransport.com address, please report it to us at reports@dsgtransport.com with:

• Full message headers (View Source / Show Original)

• The full message body

• Date and time received

DSG investigates all reports within 5 business days and will revoke sending privileges from any employee, contractor, or third party found in violation of this policy.

5. Compliance with Anti-Spam Law

DSG Transport LLC complies with:

• CAN-SPAM Act (United States)

• CASL (Canada)

• GDPR (European Union, where applicable)

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy by any DSG employee, contractor, or third party will result in immediate termination of sending privileges and may result in termination of employment or contract, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.
